This center is to fulfill Erbil requirements to access agricultural and garden products from a centralized and integrated place to store, purchase and process them.

Construction & development is planned in 4 phases in an area of 825000 m2.

The project location is 9 Km away the city center of Erbil, close to the existing agricultural product distribution center.

Phase 1

Phase 1 execution and tabulation was started in year 2010 which includes:

• 5 exposition hall with each area of 4000 m2 (50m*160m) & 20000 m2 totally
• 40 private cold storage with volume of 392 m3 (14*7*4)(L*W*H)
• 1 private cold storage with capacity of 5,000 ton
• 18600 m2 of road construction with 355000 m3 of substructure

Phase 2

Phase 2 of food distribution center will be constructed in an area of 55000 m², east of phase 1.

Phase 2 execution operation is predicted to be completed in 3 years.

Total area of buildings and structures of phase 2 is estimated to be around 143500 m².

• cold storage :The cold storage is a two-stories building and a roof with versatile application as wide as 45300 m²
• Wholesale : the wholesale is designed as a two-stories building with a versatile roof as wide as 45750 m²
• Super market : the Super Market is designed as a four-stories building with a versatile roof as wide as 43120 m²
• business tower : Business Tower building starts from the third floor of Super Market and is 18 stories high with total area of 38000 m²:

Phase 3

Phase 3 of food distribution center will be constructed in an area of 215000 m², east of phase 2 this Phase execution operation is predicted to be completed in 3 years.

Total area of halls and structures of phase 3 is estimated to be around 115500 m² which includes:

Phase 4 of food distribution center will be constructed in an area of 189000 m², south of phase 1 this Phase execution operation is predicted to be completed in 1 year.

Phase 4 is “Sample Energy & Agriculture Promotion Farm” and this phasewhich includes:
